1. If you are using a PCVR headset, such as a Rift or Vive:
a. The file we would like you to send us is called "output_log.txt"
b. You can find the file by navigating to C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\LocalLow\Vivid Vision\Vivid Vision Home
c. Either copy and paste the text itself into the body of the email, or include the file as an attachment (preferred). Send the email to support @seevividly.com. Please include your 5-digit activation code in the subject line.
2. If you are using an all-in-one headset such as an Oculus Quest or Oculus Go:
a. On the profile screen, before you press "Play", click on the version number at the top right. Then click"Submit diagnostics."
