The spaceship is not visible.

1. The controller is not in your field of view

The spaceship appears in the dominant eye. Make sure the hand holding the active controller (right or left, as configured in the clinical interface) is within your visible field of view.

2. The controller is outside the sensor area

Hold both controllers and raise them to eye level. Confirm that the spaceship becomes visible.

3. Your hands are beyond the sensing area

1. Stand in the center of the play area, facing forward
2. Press the "Recenter" button
3. Move both hands to eye level
4. If the spaceship is still not detected, repeat these steps
