Would like to use this product

I would like to use this product but my insurance does not cover vision therapy for infintile esotropia. There are specific exercises, such as using a brock string, that I've been recommended to use to see if I can achieve any sort of binocular vision But this product seems much more promising.

Is there a way to acquire this product for home use?
