There is no game that cannot be played. Our products are designed so that even people with color blindness can use them. For example, the 4 dot test uses red and green in clinical practice, making it difficult to distinguish between colors, but Vivid Vision uses magenta and cyan to make it easy to distinguish. Do you have a practice mode?
No, but you can uncheck dichoptic mode to display the same optotype to both eyes. This allows users to practice and become comfortable with VR before starting vision therapy. View More -
Will there be a record when I adjust the blur or brightness? And, can I start with the same values as last time?
Yes. All settings, including blur and brightness adjustments, are automatically saved for each patient. When you start a new session, the system will use the same values from the previous session, saving you time. View More -
A patient told me, "I started the game before I finished reading the instructions.'' Can I display the instructions again?
Yes. When the clinician clicks on the house icon on the interface, the game will end and they can click on Start again to return to the initial instructions. View More -
Can a patient continue their session beyond 30 minutes?
No, we do not recommend extending sessions beyond 30 minutes. The training exercises place stress on the visual system, and longer sessions may cause eye strain or fatigue. Please limit sessions to the recommended duration. View More -
How can I tell if a patient is performing training correctly on the Clinical system?
In Vivid Vision Clinical, results are displayed on an interface operated by clinicians. If the patient's score continues to be good, the patient's task may be too easy, so increase the difficulty and see what happens. View More -
Can patients pause their training session?
Vivid Vision Home: Yes, patients can pause at any time from the menu screen by pressing the Menu button on their controller.Vivid Vision Clinical: The clinician can return to the home screen using the home button on their interface.
