    If the phone display remains on the screen, please do the following. "To open this application, insert your device into your Gear VR" Make sure the GearVR headset is properly configured. Often, the phone is properly connected to the GearVR device. Either the USB adapter isn't connected fully or the positioning (A or B switch) isn't properly set.     Slide the tab located on the adapter on the Samsung GearVR from A to B or B to A to move the adapter to the correct position. The Gear VR Headset comes with two removable adapters for various phone sizes to properly fit into the headset. These two adapters are a Samsung Gear product, USB C and Micro USB adapter. Check the original Samsung box your unit arrived in, an additional adapter may be present.

    This issue is due to the “Gamepad” sensitivity being set to low. You can change this by moving the slider to the right in the “Settings” menu by pressing the Menu button on your gamepad to increase the input sensitivity. Make sure to select “Apply” after you have made the adjustment.
