Can I pause a session and resume it later?

Yes. You can pause your session at any time by removing the headset. The session will automatically pause when the sensor detects the headset has been removed. To resume, simply put the headset back on and continue where you left off.

Note: If you complete the session on a different day than you started it, the session will be recorded with the completion date.

Smart Assist mode limitations:

• You have up to 10 hours to complete a single session
• You must wait 10 hours after completing a session before starting a new one
• If the app runs in the background for up to 1 hour, your current activity will not be interrupted and the session timer continues running
