Can I take a break in the middle of a session and restart from the middle?

Yes. If you want to take a break midway through, just remove the headset and the session will be interrupted in response to the sensor being disconnected. When restarting, please put on the headset again and continue. (Please note that if the date changes at that time, it will be recorded as the date at the end.)

In Smart Assist mode only, a single session is allotted a maximum of 10 hours to complete. Additionally, after one session ends, the next session cannot start until 10 hours have passed since the previous session ended. Even if the app goes into the background, the current activity will not be interrupted for up to 1 hour, and this does not affect the session timer.
