If your clinical system is frozen or unresponsive, try these solutions:
Close unnecessary applications
The computer's memory may be overloaded.
- Open Task Manager (press Ctrl + Shift + Esc)
- Close all applications except your VR app and Vivid Vision
- Restart the clinical system
Check your network connection
The system may not be able to reach the server due to a network issue.
- Verify that your clinic's network connection is active and stable
- Check that your computer is connected to the internet
