General troubleshooting.
Headset
- What is the procedure to update the version of the Vivid Vision application on DPVR?
- What is the height setting in the Oculus device settings?
- The Vivid Vision logo inside the headset appears blurry.
- The Vivid Vision logo inside the headset appears doubled.
- There is a pop-up saying that the VR headset is not being detected.
- My headset is dark, and there is no image.
Controller
- The virtual hands of Oculus Touch controllers are disappearing or do not appear in my VR display.
- When I move the Oculus Touch controllers, the virtual hands move to a different location than where I moved them.
- I cannot see the virtual hands of the HTC Vive.
- In all games, activities, and tests, there is no response to input from the gamepad.
- When using the thumbstick on the gamepad, the object being manipulated appears to move with a delay.
- Moving the Oculus Touch controllers does not move the virtual hands in my VR display.
System
- I have not received my activation code.
- The error message "Thread Priority Security Exception Error" appears when starting Vivid Vision.
- When launching Vivid Vision Home, it says "No activities available!."
- Unable to access my treatment history in the Vivid Vision Home system.
