Should I be sitting or standing when playing the games?

For mobile headsets, we recommend sitting during your sessions.

For computer-based headsets with positional tracking, you can either sit or stand and move around during activities. 

• Note: Please keep within the designated play space that was setup during initial headset sensor tracking calibration (room scale setup). Moving outside the designated space my cause the user to unintentionally bump into or trip over objects. Older PC based headsets my not allow the user to see the outside world around them.
