If you see the "No VR Headset Detected" error message, follow these steps:

Step 1: Restart Your Computer
Restart your computer and launch Vivid Vision again. If the error persists, continue to Step 2.
Step 2: Check the OVR Service Status
- Open the Start menu and search for Task Manager
- Right-click on Task Manager and select Run as Administrator
- Enter the administrator password and click OK
- Click the Services tab
- Locate OVRService (Oculus VR Runtime Service)
- If the status shows "Stopped", right-click on it and select Start

Step 3: Verify Headset Connection in Oculus App
If the headset is still not detected:
- Open the Oculus app
- Click Devices
- Check if the headset shows a green dot, which indicates it is connected
- If the dot is not green:
- Unplug and reconnect the USB and video cables (HDMI or DisplayPort) at the back of your computer
- If still not green, gently remove the faceplate on the headset and reseat the cable into the port inside the headset
- Once the dot turns green, launch Vivid Vision
