1. Please check if the controller is turned on and charging. Please refer to the following if the controller is turned on. When using Vivid Vision, the LED indicator will be "green" Please check if it is.
Green: Ready for use.
Blue: Currently in pairing mode and searching for a headset.
Flashing blue: Indicates the controller is in "pairing mode" and is used to pair with a headset. It is activated by pressing the "App" and "System" buttons at the same time.
Flashing red: Controller battery is low.
Orange: Controller is charging. After charging is complete, the LED will turn white.
Off: Does not light up when the power is off.
2. Check the Steam VR app dashboard to see if your controller is recognized and tracked (green icon). If you see a gray icon, the controller is turned off, is not currently being tracked or within view of the base station, or is in pairing mode. Please refer to the LED indicator on the controller to see what state it is in.
3. If your controller is tracked in Steam VR and you can see the virtual hand when you put on the headset, but it disappears after launching Vivid Vision, you need to update your Steam client by following these steps: There may be cases.
①Start Steam
②Click [File]
③Click [Check for Steam client updates...]
④Steam will identify any available updates and automatically apply them.
4. If an update is required, Steam will download and install the required update, then restart. If Steam is up to date, please contact the provider.
