Please check that the controller's LED indicator is lit and that it is connected to the computer.
If the controller is turned on, you will need to restart your computer. If the LED does not light up, check if the gamepad cable is properly connected to the computer's USB port by disconnecting and reconnecting the cable. If the connection notification does not appear at the bottom right of the desktop on Windows, please contact the vendor.
