When I move the Oculus Touch controller, my hands moves to a different location than where I moved it.

If the sensor is not facing the play area, please reorient the sensor. Also, make sure there is nothing blocking the sensor's view.
Alternatively, you may be able to find the cause by restarting your PC, starting the Oculus app alone, and checking the sensor and controller status from the device menu.
