This message means the headset is not being recognized correctly. Try these solutions:
- Check the headset in-menu status: Put the headset on and see if the device is currently in the system menu. If so, use the menu button on the controller or select the Vivid Vision to resume the app.
- Check the connections: Unplug and reconnect the USB and HDMI cables, making sure they are firmly connected to the correct ports.
- Check the proximity sensor: The infrared sensor that detects when you're wearing the headset may not be responding. Remove and put on the headset again, making sure no hair is between the sensor and your forehead (above the eyebrows).
