Unable to save the treatment plan in the Vivid Vision Home tab.

If you're unable to save a treatment plan, there are two common causes:

Network Connection Issue

The server cannot be reached due to a network connection error. Please check your clinic's network connection and try again.

Server Processing Delay

The server may be experiencing high traffic. Data typically appears within a few minutes, but occasionally it may take longer. Please wait a few minutes and check again.
