In all games, activities, and tests, there is no response to input from the gamepad.

①Gamepad is not connected to the PC.

Please verify that the connection is secure and check if the controller's LED is illuminated.

②USB device not recognized.

If your controller is ON, you might need to restart the computer. If the LED is not lite, make sure that the gamepad's cable is correctly connected to the computer's USB port. Try unplugging and reconnecting the cable.
