In all games, activities, and tests, there is no response to input from the gamepad.

Check the gamepad connection

Verify that the gamepad is securely connected to your computer. Check if the controller's LED light is illuminated, which indicates it is powered on and connected.

Reconnect the USB cable

If the LED light is not illuminated, unplug the gamepad's USB cable from your computer and reconnect it. Make sure the cable is firmly inserted into the USB port.

Restart your computer

If the gamepad is connected but not recognized by your computer, restart your computer and try again.
