When using the thumbstick on the gamepad, the object being manipulated appears to move with a delay.

The sensitivity of the gamepad may be set too low.

Open the patient's account on the interface, go to options, set "Gamepad Sensitivity," and increase the input sensitivity. Click "Apply" to update the settings.
