①The sensors are not being recognized.
Please check if your actual hands are within the play area and make sure that the glossy side of the sensors is facing the play area. Also, make sure there are no obstructions blocking the sensor area.
②Error in the Oculus app.
Please restart your PC, launch Oculus app independently, and then check the status of the sensors and controllers from the device menu. This may help identify the cause.
③Out of battery.
Please replace one or both of the AA batteries in the grip section of the Touch controllers.
