①Cable connection error.
Please make sure that the USB cable for the headset is correctly connected to the port.
②PC's HMD recognition error.
Please restart your computer and launch Vivid Vision again. If the error message persists, try the following steps:
1. Open the Start menu and launch Task Manager as an administrator.
2. Select the Services tab at the bottom and locate Oculus VR runtime service.
3. If the status is "Stopped," right-click and start the service.
③The HMD with some troble.
If the headset is not being recognized, follow these steps:
1. Open the Oculus app independently.
2. Click on Devices and check if the headset is properly connected, with the LED showing green.
3. If it's not green, reconnect the USB and video (HDMI or DisplayPort) cables attached to your computer.
4. If it still doesn't turn green, carefully remove the faceplate of the headset and reconnect the cables to the headset's ports.
5. Once the LED turns green, indicating the headset is connected, launch Vivid Vision. If error messages persist, please contact the vendor for assistance.
