If you see a message that your VR headset is not being detected, try these solutions:
1. Check cable connections
Make sure the USB cable for the headset is securely connected to your computer's USB port.
2. Verify headset connection in Oculus app
If the headset is still not recognized:
- Open the Oculus app
- Click on Devices
- Check if the headset LED indicator is green (this means it's properly connected)
- If the LED is not green, disconnect and reconnect the USB and video cables (HDMI or DisplayPort) from your computer
- If the LED still isn't green, carefully remove the headset's faceplate and reconnect the cables directly to the headset's internal ports
- Once the LED turns green, launch Vivid Vision
