What is the height setting in the Oculus device settings?

Enter the average height. The sensor head can be adjusted vertically. As a reference, it is set at 165 cm for adults and 145 cm for children.

The Vivid Vision logo inside the headset appears blurry.

The patient's gaze does not align with the headset's viewpoint. Move the headset up, down, and back and forth until the logo is clearly visible, then secure the straps in place.
