<General users> Updated from the headset
- Put on the headset and select the web browser icon located to the right of the Vivid Vision banner.
- In the address bar at the top, enter the following address seevividly.com/vvhome_wave
- After the address has been entered you will receive a notification that a file is downloading.
- After several minutes the file download should be complete.
- Return to the main menu then select the ES File browser which should be located in the same area as the web browser.
- Select "internal storage" at the top then choose the "Download" folder and select Vivid Vision.
- You will now be prompted to install the Vivid Vision apk file
- After the install completes, return to the DPVR main menu and select the the Vivid Vision banner
- Once Vivid Vision Home loads you will be prompted to update the app one more time.
- After confirming the update Vivid Vision will download the latest update and you will be taken to the update screen where the latest update will be applied.
- Once the update completes you should be returned to the DPVR main menu.
- Click on the Vivid Vision banner.

You should now see the latest version in the upper-right corner with a green checkmark next to it confirming that you are now on the current version of Vivid Vision Home.
<The other procedure> APK installation via PC is required
Part 1. Install USB Drivers
- Connect the DPVR headset to the PC with a USB cable and ensure that the device is powered on.
- Open the Device Manager and right-click on MTP then select Update Drivers
- In the next section, select Let me pick from a list of available drivers
- Scroll down and select Portable Devices then click Next
- You should now see two list boxes, on the left should be selected Standard MTP Device and on the right side you will want to select the MTP USB Device and then click Next
- An Update Driver Warning dialog box will appear, click Yes to confirm installation of device drivers
- You should now see P1Pro listed under Portable Devices
Part 2. Copy file and perform update
- On your Windows desktop open a web browser.
- In the address bar at the top, enter the following address seevividly.com/vvhome_wave. If prompted, select Keep.
- Once the file has downloaded, locate the VividVisionHome-Wave-##-v##.#.apk file that was downloaded from the previous step, then right-click and select Copy. (Usually this file will be located in the Downloads folder in File Explorer).
- Right-click on the Windows start button and select File Explorer and select This PC.
- Double-click on the DPVR P1 drive then open Internal Storage and then open the Download folder.
- Right click in the folder and select Paste
- Once the file has been copied over, disconnect the headset from the computer.
- Put on the headset and open the ES File app located to the right of the Vivid Vision and YouTube banners.
- Select the START NOW button then select the Internal Storage panel towards the top of the screen.
- Now select the Download folder then select Vivid Vision
- You will now be prompted to install the Vivid Vision apk file
- After the install completes, return to the DPVR main menu and select the the Vivid Vision banner
- Once Vivid Vision Home loads you will be prompted to update the app one more time.
- After confirming the update, Vivid Vision will download the latest update and you will be taken to the update screen where the latest update will be applied.
- Once the update completes you should be returned to the DPVR main menu.
- Click on the Vivid Vision banner.
- You should now see the latest version in the upper-right corner with a green checkmark next to it confirming that you are now on the current version of Vivid Vision Home.
