Can I see what my child is seeing?
If Vivid Vision Home is being used on a desktop setup, the contents of what is being viewed on the headset is automatically mirrored on the desktop screen. For mobile headsets, using the casting feature, you can stream what you see in VR from your Oculus Go or Oculus Quest headset. Can I still use Vivid Vision Home if my device screen is cracked or broken?
No. We recommend getting the screen fixed prior to using Vivid Vision Home for safety issues. View More -

Do I need a gamepad?
Some gamepads are compatible with certain headsets, but we recommend you use the controller(s) that come with your particular headset for the best experience. View More -
Do you support Apple iPhones?
We hope to support the IOS platform. At the time of this writing, Apple has not released an official virtual reality headset to consumers. View More -
Do you support Google Cardboard?
No. Even though cardboard supports many phones, Vivid Vision Home requires a high level of performance from both the hardware and software. View More -
Do you support Mixed Reality Headsets such as Microsoft/HP/Samsung?

Do you support Playstation VR?
No. We really wish we could be on Playstation VR, but due to Sony's policies we are unable to offer Home on their platform at the moment. We hope that one day this will change. View More -
How do I adjust the volume?
Some headsets have physical buttons to adjust the sound volume. Please refer to your device manual for this instruction. For software volume adjustments, press menu button controller and move volume slider to increase or decrease volume. View More -

How do I send in log files from my home headset?

How long does it take to activate Vivid Vision Home?

Hold the app button to open the menu, then point your head at the slider and click the touchpad to adjust the controller sensitivity. View More -
Is there a user manual?
Yes. Your eye care provider will provide you with the user manual when your Vivid Vision Home account is activated.
