The headset doesn't seem to fit the shape of my face, and the glasses hit the edge of the headset and light leaks in from the side.

The headset fits loosely on my head and slips. What should I do?
General-purpose headsets are designed for adults. First, ensure that the straps are tightened to secure the headset to your head. When used by infants and children, the headset may be too big even when tightened fully using the straps. In this case, the headset may be more comfortable if the child wears a hat before putting on the headset. View More -
I feel that the headset is a little heavy.
Please double check that you are wearing it correctly. It may improve if you tighten the belt on the top or sides of your head. If you feel like it's too heavy and hurts your neck, lean your neck back on a high-backed chair when you play. Also, there are differences in weight, comfort, and weight shift balance depending on the manufacturer, so it is a good idea to try different headsets on before purchasing. View More -

My head mounted display is too big for me. What should I do?
The headset may be too large and/or heavy for some children. A smaller headset for infants and children is currently under development but not yet available. As a workaround, your child might be more comfortable using Vivid Vision by wearing a hat before putting the headset on. View More
