Games, Activities or Tests do not respond to input from the Gamepad
Follow
- Check if the LED indicator around the menu button (circular button) is lit:
- If the LED is on, restart your computer
- If the LED is off, proceed to step 2
- Verify the gamepad cable connection:
- Unplug the gamepad cable from the USB port
- Plug it back in securely
- Look for a connection notification in the lower right corner of your Windows desktop
