1. Make sure that the LED indicator is illuminated around the menu button (circular button) If the controller appears to be on you will need to reboot the computer. If the LED does not appear to be on proceed to step 2.
2. Verify that the Gamepad cable is securely connected to USB port on the PC by removing and reinserting the cable connector. If you do not see any connection notifications on your Windows desktop (lower right) contact support at support@seevividly.com or 1.877.877.0310.
