①USB cable might not connected
Make sure the headset's USB cable is properly connected to the port. Verify Oculus (Meta) app is properly operating on the computer.
②The senser in the headset is not work
Please wear the HMD so that your bangs do not cover your face. The sensor in the HMD is a reflective infrared sensor (near-infrared passive), so black light is absorbed, and if there is hair on it, it may not detect a human body and may not project an image.
