1. Check the USB connection
Make sure the headset’s USB cable is securely connected to the computer. Also verify that the Oculus (Meta) app is running correctly.
2. Check the proximity sensor
Wear the headset so that your hair or bangs do not cover your face. The sensor inside the headset uses near-infrared light to detect when it is being worn. If the sensor is blocked (for example, by hair), it may not detect your presence and the display may stay off.
