For PC VR headsets (Rift, Vive, DPVR E4 etc.):
- Locate the file called output_log.txt by navigating to:
C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\LocalLow\Vivid Vision\Vivid Vision Home - Attach the file to an email and send it to support@seevividly.com
- Include your 5-digit activation code in the subject line
For standalone headsets (Meta Quest, DPVR P1 Pro etc.):
- On the profile screen (before pressing ""Play""), click on the version number in the top right corner
- Click Submit diagnostics
Note: The diagnostics will be sent automatically from standalone headsets.
