How do I factory reset my DPVR headset?

To factory reset your DPVR headset:

1. Put on the headset and look at the main menu
2. Select Upgrade on the right side
3. Click the 3-dot menu icon in the upper-right corner
4. Select Factory Reset
5. The headset will restart and you prompted to set up the device. Follow the prompts to complete the setup process.

Note: A factory reset will erase all data and settings on your headset. Vivid Vision will remain on the headset after resetting the device.
